Blow Molds

    Blow molds can be made for turning (round) or static (asymmetrical) shapes. Turning molds are milled directly from graphite and are used with mold paste. Turning molds can be delivered pre-pasted or bare and come with hinges and arms to suit.

    Static blow molds can be made of graphite or cast iron. They are used hot and require the use of lubricants.

Dimensional information can be attained from one of the following: 

CAD file in .dxf or .iges format

Dimensioned line drawing front and top for turning molds, front, side and top for asymmetrical molds.

Freehand line art can be scanned to bitmap files for logos or motifs.
